A thief in West Bengal returned a ₹45,000 smartphone to the owner on Monday who mistakenly left it at a shop. The owner frequently called on his number but found the phone switched off. On Sunday, the thief responded to the owner's call and told him he wanted to return the phone as he did not know how to use it.
