The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has stated an Orange Alert for Delhi and predicted that rainfall will extend till Friday. The IMD had also predicted that massive rainfall would occur till noon while light to average rainfall would continue to happen in Delhi NCR on Thursday. Meanwhile, a portion of a road in Gurugram caved in following heavy rainfall.
