IPL Governing Council chairman Brijesh Patel today said that the Indian Premier League will most likely be held in the UAE. He added that the plan is to have a full-fledged IPL comprising 60 matches. "The IPL Governing Council will meet within a week or 10 days and all decisions (including the final schedule) will be taken there," he further said.
