The CBI has registered a fraud case against BSE-listed dairy products company Kwality Ltd for cheating a consortium of banks led by Bank of India (BOI). The CBI is also conducting searches at eight locations, including Delhi, Bulandshahr, Saharanpur, Ajmer, and Palwal. The company's director Sanjay Dhingra and others have also been named in the case by the CBI.
